What we collect, how it's used, and who can see it.
When you create an account, we store the information you provide on sign-up and in your profile:
Your profile information powers the alumni directory — it's how fellow members find you by city, school, or name, and how chapter-level statistics (like member counts) are calculated. We don't use your information for advertising, and we don't sell or rent member data to third parties.
Directory information (name, school, grad year, position, company, LinkedIn, city, coaching status) is visible to anyone searching the Find Alumni directory, matching how the network has always operated — the point of the directory is to be findable. Your email address is only shown to you and to Network administrators; it is not displayed publicly in search results.
Passwords are never stored or visible to us in plain text — they're securely hashed by our authentication provider (Supabase). Administrators can view and edit your directory information but cannot see your password.
You can update or correct your profile information at any time from Edit Profile. If you'd like your account removed entirely, contact an administrator at support@tennisalumni.org.
Reach out any time at support@tennisalumni.org. See also our Community Rules & Policies.
