What every member agrees to when they join the Tennis Alumni Global.
By creating an account, you agree to the following terms of participation in the Tennis Alumni Global (the "Network"):
You agree to treat all members with courtesy and respect. Harassment, hate speech, threats, discrimination, bullying, or targeted abuse of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in suspension or removal of your account.
You agree to represent yourself truthfully, including your identity, collegiate playing background, and any professional or contact information you share on your profile. Impersonation or misrepresentation of your affiliation with the Network is prohibited.
You are solely responsible for the photos, messages, profile details, and other content you share. You agree not to post anything unlawful, defamatory, obscene, infringing, or that violates the privacy of others. We may remove content or restrict accounts that breach these rules.
You agree not to send spam, repetitive or bulk messages, chain messages, or unsolicited advertising or promotional material to other members. Using the Network to harvest contact information, promote unrelated products or services, or drive traffic to external sites without permission is prohibited.
The Network may help you connect with other alumni for hitting sessions, chapter events, mentorship, or the annual tournament. You acknowledge that any in-person interaction, match, meetup, or activity is undertaken at your own risk. The Tennis Alumni Global does not vet, endorse, or supervise members and is not responsible for the conduct of any user you meet.
Tennis and related physical activity carry an inherent risk of injury. You acknowledge that you participate voluntarily and assume all such risks, and you release the Tennis Alumni Global, its organizers, and affiliated chapters from liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
You understand that certain profile information you provide may be visible to other members, and you agree to our Privacy Policy governing how your data is collected and used.
We reserve the right to warn, suspend, or permanently remove any member who violates these rules, at our sole discretion.
